BizValis (OPC) Private Limited is a valuation and professional advisory firm headquartered in Dwarka, New Delhi. We were founded to bring institutional-grade valuation rigour to a wider range of clients — startups, mid-sized companies, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, and corporates navigating regulatory transactions — with the personal attention and turnaround a boutique firm can offer.

Our founder brings deep, focused expertise in valuing shares, business interests, financial instruments, and intangible assets to every BizValis engagement.

Our Story

BizValis was founded by Neena Agarwal, who spent close to two decades at a well-established financial services group — heading its Finance, Accounts, and Compliance functions, and for approximately seven years, serving as Director of its Registered Valuer entity. Over that period, she signed off on more than 700 valuation reports spanning the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Regulations, the Income Tax Act, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

That experience sitting across the table from auditors, tax officers, resolution professionals, boards, and investors shapes how BizValis approaches every mandate. A valuation report, in our view, is not just a number; it reflects the real worth of a business, arrived at the way its purpose demands a regulator’s framework, or an independent, evidence-based view for a transaction. Neena Agarwal

Founder & Director

Neena Agarwal is the Founder and Director of BizValis, with more than two decades of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and regulatory compliance across the Companies Act, SEBI, IRDAI, AMFI, RBI, and IBBI (Registered Valuers Organisation) frameworks.
She spent 19 years with a leading financial services group as Head of Finance, Accounts and Compliance, and served for approximately seven years as Director of the group’s Registered Valuer entity — during which time it was recognised by ICMAI RVO for excellence in valuation.
Over her career, Neena has signed more than 700 valuation reports under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Income Tax Act, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. Her practice today spans business valuation, ESOP and startup valuations, IND-AS-compliant fair value assessments, and assignments involving mergers, acquisitions, and share swaps, alongside IBC-related valuation work.
She holds professional qualifications as a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) and Company Secretary (CS), and is registered with IBBI as a Registered Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets.

Vivek Gautam

Mentor & Associate

Vivek Gautam brings more than four decades of experience in banking and merchant banking, including over three decades exclusively in merchant and investment banking. He currently serves as Whole-Time Director at Dimension Financial Solutions Private Limited, and has previously held senior roles at leading institutions including SMC, SPA, Bajaj, PNB Capital, and PNB Bank. His guidance strengthens BizValis’s transaction advisory and merchant banking-linked engagements.

Renu Rai

Renu Agarwal is a secretarial compliance professional with over 14 years of experience in corporate and regulatory compliance. She has deep expertise across statutory compliance, corporate governance, regulatory filings, and advisory work under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and the LLP Act. Her attention to detail and commitment to timely compliance help BizValis clients stay ahead of their legal and regulatory obligations.
